Mobile Interaction Server Extends Support for Open-Source Application Servers and Eclipse Environment Dublin, Ireland, 26 June 2006 -- MobileAware, the world’s leading provider of Mobile Service Infrastructure, today announced an enhanced version of Mobile Interaction Server (MIS) that enables open-source developers to easily create mobile content without requiring the expertise of mobile-specific technologies. MIS 3.4 provides a host of new features, including a mobility plug-in to the popular Eclipse development environment and extended support for open-source application servers, including JBoss and Caucho Resin. This offers users an intuitive route to creating mobile applications using familiar development tools and authoring environments.
