MobileAware Provides Core Technologies to Mobilize the BEA WebLogic Platform

Dublin, Ireland, October 18, 2004 - MobileAware, a leading provider of mobile business solutions, today announced it has signed a global software license and reseller agreement with BEA Systems, a world leader in enterprise infrastructure software. Under the terms of the agreement, BEA will incorporate MobileAware’s Mobile Interaction Server into the BEA WebLogic product family and resell the product throughout the BEA direct sales force as well as through the extensive network of BEA partners. MobileAware Interaction Server, BEA WebLogic Edition, provides organizations with a solution to extend Web portals and business applications to mobile devices, enables wireless delivery of online and downloadable content and helps facilitate the development of mobile applications.
