Network Switching
Network switching allows users to maintain networked applications through coverage gaps, network disconnects/reconnects, during voice call interruptions and when moving through different networks. A common scenario is a user roaming between a WiFi network in the office to a Wide Area Network (WAN) outside of the office.
ExpressQ and Smart IP ensure that messages are sent reliably, when such network switches occur. The switching is done under the hood without any end-user intervention. The user doesn’t even have to sign in again.
