Technical Support Analyst - New Jersey
Location: Cranbury, NJ Office
Role Description: A dynamic position as a technical support analyst for a growing wireless software company. This position offers you a chance to put your skills to the test in a fluid and fast paced environment. Working together with a highly skilled team of professionals you will be responsible for providing assistance to a highly technical customer base of developers and system administrators. Diagnosing and resolving issues in a wide variety of development environments you will also be the eyes and ears of the subject matter experts of the company. Excellent communication and organizational skills are a must as you coordinate the troubleshooting efforts from both the customers perspective and the companies.
Responsibilities: Customer case management from inception to completion. This entails interaction with the customer via email and phone, clearly defining the customers issues, diagnosing the problem, and providing solutions to customer problems. The position is also responsible for coordinating the diagnostic and resolution efforts of the customer, company development staff as well as vendors while working with all levels of company management. You would also be responsible to contribute to the ongoing improvement initiatives in both the department and company wide. Some light travel may be required.
