Billing and Messaging Integration

Custom billing and logging modules are integrated into the Fulfilment Manager workflow using Spring. Many billing and logging scenarios are already represented in Fulfilment Manager, with events and integration points already provided. For example, for prepay customers, the customer’s account may be checked for funds prior to delivery – and then billed after delivery. For post-pay customers the appropriate debit is applied when delivery is confirmed.
In the event that a particular scenario is not represented, Fulfilment Manager can be easily customized to reflect the PageFlow which drives interaction with the end-user.
Messaging is also readily integrated through Spring and MobileAware customer
deployments have featured integrations into gateways as diverse as Noctor
Provato and Ericsson NRG.
