Armin Gebauer, Chief Executive Officer
Specializing in all things mobile, Armin leads the global team at MobileAware. Armin has professional relationships across the mobile industry and a deep understanding of core issues facing mobile network operators as they look to alternate services and networks to drive market capitalization and profit. He has expertise in building top performing sales and technology teams that deliver best-in-class user experiences in mobile for global enterprises. Prior to joining the team, Armin was the Head of Mobile and Converging Services at CodeBaby Corporation. He also founded and led revenue generation as Chief Marketing Officer at imForwards, a mobile messaging service provider, and was VP of Sales for enterprise software provider Celcorp.
Richard Martin, Chief Technology Officer
Richard heads up MobileAware’s technology strategy and services. His extensive experience includes: CEO and Co-Founder of MobileNewsNow, Sr. Director of Professional Services at Broadbeam Corporation, CEO of MobileWare Corporation, Lead Software Engineer at Micrografx, President and Co-Founder at Informaps, Inc., and positions at Samtro Systems and Information Retrieval Methods Corporation.
Paul Muldoon, Chief Financial Officer
Paul joined MobileAware in 2002 and has global responsibility for fiscal, legal, HR and administrative operations. Prior to MobileAware, Paul was engaged in the audit practice of KPMG, working with a range of blue-chip companies in a wide variety of industry sectors, including technology, financial services and transport. A Chartered Accountant, Paul has also held senior financial positions at PinkRoccade Infrastructure Services and the New South Wales Government of Australia.
Fabrizio Minei – Vice President, Business Development
Fabrizio brings over 15 years of experience and expertise in the European telecom marketplace. His most recent role was General Manager, Italy and VP of Business Development EMEA for SpinVox (now Nuance). Prior to SpinVox, Fabrizio worked for Visto Corporation (now Good Technology), the US-based world leader in push email technology, where he was General Manager Italy and Regional Director SEMEA.
Fabrizio also brings to MobileAware extensive contacts and experience from across Europe, Middle East and Africa from a variety of international companies including ACME2, IMONT srl, Global Metro Networks srl, Primus Telecommunications, and Telecom Italia. Fabrizio started his career at Olivetti, with stints in Moscow and Istanbul.

Dominic Endicott, Chairman – Nauta Capital
Dominic Endicott founded Cluster Consulting’s US operation in 1998, and became head of Diamond Cluster’s US Telecom practice, following the acquisition of Cluster by Diamond in 2000. He subsequently led Booz Allen’s wireless practice in North America. He started Nauta’s US operations in 2005. He is currently also a Board member of Great Call (Jitterbug), Zeemote, Carrier IQ and Halo Networks. In his consulting practice, he managed relationships with Sprint, AT&T, Alltel, US Cellular, Best Buy, AOL among other clients.
Jordi Viñas – Nauta Capital
Jordi is a founding partner of Nauta Capital, and leads Nauta’s global mobility practice in Europe. Previously, Jordi was a founding partner of Cluster Consulting in 1993, and in 2000 became VP of Diamond Cluster International for South Europe and member of the Worldwide Operating Committee. Before 1993, Jordi worked as a telecoms consultant both for Gemini Consulting and The Monitor Company. Jordi’s industry specialization lies in telecommunications and, more specifically, in wireless network infrastructure providers. During his consulting practice, he served clients such as Vodafone, Ericsson and Samsung. Jordi serves on the board of MobileAware, Yuilop, Halo Networks, and Kinamik, all of which are portfolio companies.
Paul Sutton – Cross Atlantic Capital Partners
Paul joined in 2000 and oversees the operations of Cross Atlantic’s activities in Ireland from the Dublin office. He is CIO of Crucible Corporation, an Irish seed and early stage venture capital fund based in Dublin. Paul has more than 20 years experience in the IT industry, during which he held executive positions in Cap Gemini, Hoskyns Insight, and the Olympic Group. Paul specializes in Business Development Strategy and Sales Execution.
